The dream project of a venture capitalist, this co-working company is envisaged as a one of a kind concierge serviced working space with ample amenities for its occupants. Bordering on what would be best described as work utopia, the building itself houses a creche, cafe, library, multipurpose hall, pet day care, common stationery lobby, computer resource centre along with private cabins, conference rooms and shared working spaces.

 

The private cabins and large conference rooms are placed at the edge and offer stunning views of the mountainside. These premium spaces are also furnished with a balcony that extends the spatial scope of the room.

Massive floor plates are punctured by courtyards and trees along with verandahs. The common working floor is also divided visually with slender walls, so as to minimise the tunnel effect created by the long floor plates.

 

The main floor is serviced by 2 elevators, and has a common service lobby that houses the vertical circulation, toilets and pantry. The private rooms along the edge are accessed by 1 elevator each and are furnished with their own toilets and pantry module per room.

With works on the design still in the pipeline, this project packs a whopper of functions even without the imaginary petting zoo.
